Educational game Coded Castle Learning the basics of programming
Coded Castle is an educational coding board game for children in which players arrange sequences of cards to, as wizards, reach treasures before the ghost in the tower. It develops basic computer-free programming, logical thinking, and cooperation in solo or team modes.
Aimed at children ages 4 and up, for 1-4 players, with games lasting approximately 20-30 minutes. Perfect for preschoolers and younger students learning STEM through adventure, with an emphasis on patience and creativity.
Players create a route from graphic symbol cards, coding a path to four treasures while avoiding obstacles and a ghost – for example, the sequence "right, up, treasure" leads to the goal. In cooperative mode, the team plans the algorithm together, while in solo mode, you compete against the clock; whoever collects the trophies first wins.
The game introduces algorithms and problem-solving in a fun way, building programming skills and collaboration without a screen.
